No refunds on sample sale items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of delivery to request a credit note or exchange. You will be required to organise the return of goods privately as we do not provide returns labels. We recommend using a tracked service, and that customs declarations are filled out correctly and clearly marked as returns. Any duties or taxes incurred upon return will be deducted from your credit note or exchange.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours, excluding weekends + bank holidays, subject to availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter.
